Christ-Centered Premarital Counseling

Truth Community Church provides premarital counseling to prepare couples for a lifetime of marriage in accordance with God’s Word. Biblically, marriage stands as the highest of human relationships, uniquely marked by the sacred union of two individuals (one man and one woman) becoming "one flesh" (Genesis 2:21-24; Matthew 19:4-6; Mark 10:6-9).

Designed by God as a means for couples to glorify Him through their shared lives, marriage carries profound purpose and divine significance. In a world filled with confusion surrounding marriage, it is essential for couples to grasp the Lord's design and expectations for this holy covenant. Though challenges in marriage are inevitable, Scripture offers clear guidance, paving the way for a flourishing and God-honoring relationship. 

For couples wishing to be married at Truth Community Church, a training is required and led by our Lead Pastor and His wife following the church’s Statement on Marriage found below.

The premarital counseling course consists of four sessions and is subject to
participants’ and counselor’s availability.

Marriage counseling is also offered throughout the year upon request (refer to the general counseling calendar).
